Shiping

ZivaDeluxe partners with major international shipping companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, working alongside local couriers to deliver products directly to your doorstep. We take pride in offering flat-rate worldwide shipping.

Order and Payment

Your order will be charged upon placement, and all payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping. Please allow several days for payment processing. To combat credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or those requiring additional verification may experience delays or be canceled.

Shipping Process

On average, we require 2-5 business days to fulfill and transport your order to our carrier’s sorting facility. Some items may take longer, particularly around major holidays (up to 10 days) or if your order includes popular items facing stock availability issues.

Once your order enters our shipping department’s processing stage, we cannot make any changes, including address modifications. We will only ship to the address provided during checkout.

We ship exclusively on business days and do not operate on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Upon shipping, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately and delivered on different dates due to variations in manufacturing partners’ locations.

Tracking

All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive an email containing the tracking number when your order is dispatched to the carrier’s sorting facility.

For some shipping companies, tracking information may take several days to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is no tracking information available, please contact us.

Deliveries

Shipping times vary by country or region, and specific delivery dates are neither provided nor guaranteed. Below are our estimated shipping times for your reference:

  • United States: 7-14 Business days
  • Canada, Europe: 10-14 Business days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 10-21 Business days
  • Mexico, Central America, South America: 15-30 Business days

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, ZivaDeluxe cannot be held responsible for factors beyond our control, such as required postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes, protests, etc. These events may result in delays beyond our initial delivery estimates.

Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and/or customs clearance fees, imposed when a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. ZivaDeluxe has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amounts. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping costs incurred.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

ZivaDeluxe is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier.

Note: When reviewing damage or return requests, we rely on timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation provided by the carrier. Failure to report a claim promptly may affect our ability to honor it.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Buyers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address entered before submitting an order. Our order processing begins immediately, preventing any changes once an order is placed. If your order has already been processed through our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.
